1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of 2048 by Hano Game, including the mobile app, public website, and support channels. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use 2048 for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms, app store rules, and applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, use it to violate laws, or attempt to bypass app store payment, security, or platform controls.

4. Purchases and ads

If the app offers ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or a remove-ads option, those features are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their payment and refund rules.

5. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

6. Disclaimers

2048 is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hano Game is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.
