No required account
2048 is designed to work without account creation. If you play without an account, Hano Game may not have account profile data that can identify you. Most gameplay information, such as best score, board state, selected theme, difficulty, board size, and local stats, is stored on your device and can be removed by deleting the app or clearing app data through your device settings.
Request deletion
To request deletion of data associated with your support request, advertising identifier, diagnostics identifier, consent record, or any future account feature, email support@hanogame.com with the subject line "Delete my 2048 data".
Please include your platform, app version, player ID if one exists, and the email address you used to contact support.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, platform obligations, purchase verification, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Apple App Store and Google Play manage store purchase records under their own policies.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, platform review, or security checks.
