1. Agreement and license
These terms govern Alarm Camera, its website, and support channels. Hano Game grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app subject to these terms, app store rules, and applicable law.
2. Responsible use
Alarm Camera is a wake-up aid, not an emergency alert, medical device, safety system, or guaranteed substitute for sleep and personal responsibility. Do not rely on it where a missed alarm could cause injury, loss, or danger.
3. Photo challenges
Use the camera safely and respect the privacy and property of others. Do not photograph sensitive information, unsafe locations, or people without appropriate permission.
4. Availability
Alarm and notification behavior may depend on device settings, permissions, battery state, Focus modes, system updates, and Apple platform restrictions. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hano Game is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, missed alarms, lost data, or service interruption.
