Alarm Camera is designed to work without account creation. Alarm settings and app preferences are stored locally and can be removed by deleting the app from your device.
Request deletion
To delete information connected to a support request, email support@hanogame.com with the subject “Delete my Alarm Camera data”. Include the email address used to contact support and enough information to identify the request.
Timing and limited retention
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform obligations.
